Living in the centre of Adeje
Olympic Residences sits in the heart of Adeje town, the historic centre of the municipality: on the mid slope above the coastal strip, with the Barranco del Infierno gorge behind it.
This is a working Canarian town rather than a resort — town hall, market, schools, health centres, sports facilities and neighbourhood shops, with street life all year round. It is also about ten minutes by car from the beaches of Costa Adeje and La Caleta, and under half an hour from Tenerife South airport. Living in the town while having the coast next door is what sets the old centre apart from the rest of the municipality.
The building: 55 homes across four floors
The urban plot measures 2,276 m² and the building extends both above and below ground. The result is 55 homes across four levels: 15 on the ground floor, 14 on the first, 14 on the second and 12 on the third.
Apartments come with one, two, three and four bedrooms, in 16 different layouts. Useful areas run from 35.70 m² to 112.67 m², built areas from 42.88 m² to 133.39 m². The scheme includes garage spaces and storage rooms, and the official price list assigns a parking space to each home.
The building is organised around a landscaped inner courtyard: open to the sky, planted, with timber cladding and walkways leading to the front doors. It is what turns the daily circulation into something other than a corridor, and what brings natural light to the rooms that do not face the street.
Lower ground below, solarium above
Two things separate this building from a conventional new-build block.
Several ground-floor homes include their own lower-ground level of between 55 and 113 m² — floor area that effectively doubles the home and allows uses a standard apartment cannot accommodate: a study, a media room, a gym, guest accommodation or serious storage.
All twelve third-floor homes have a private solarium, between 35.74 m² and 78.87 m². In a town set above the coastline, that roof terrace is the space that gets used: it is where you recover the horizon that a dense town centre does not give you at street level.

Prices range, as a guide, from €285,000 to €1,000,000 depending on layout, floor and outdoor space. Contact us and we will confirm the price of each available home.
Prices exclude taxes of any kind, which are added to the figure shown. We work from the developer's official table and update it whenever he changes it; we do not publish different figures or terms of our own. Buying off-plan with the right safeguards
Licence granted. The planning licence was issued by the Local Government Board of Adeje Town Council on 1 September 2025, file 27025/2025. The project is not waiting on municipal approval.
Payment in two stages. On signing the private purchase contract, the initial payment is 20% for Spanish tax residents and 30% for non-resident buyers. The remaining 80% or 70% is paid on signing the public deed before a notary. All payments are made by bank transfer.
Conditional on legal handover. Reservations and contracts entered into before the works are completed are conditional on obtaining the habitation certificate and the first-occupation licence, together with every document required to formalise the sale.
Signed at the sales office. Contracts are executed at the project's own sales office, using the templates provided by the owner.
